Return & Refund

- We happily accept returns for 30 days from the delivery date.
- If return reason is not faulty, customer is responsible for the returning cost, otherwise we pay the return costs.
- Item must be return in good condition without any extra damage.
- We issue full refund in 2 business days after item received.
Exchange and Replacements
- You can also request exchange in 30 days after item delivered if your are not happy with some part or complete items.
- If there is no faulty, customers are responsible for the exchange delivery costs.
- If exchange reason is a faulty on the item caused by us, we bear the expences.

We offer a 3-month warranty starting from the delivery date.
This warranty covers faults caused by us, such as:

How to make a warranty claim
Please contact us within 3 months of delivery and provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos showing the issue
What we will do
If we confirm the issue is covered by the warranty, we will offer:
• A replacement, or
• A refund (if a replacement is not available)
Shipping costs
• If the fault is confirmed and caused by us, we will cover the shipping costs related to the warranty claim.
• If the issue is not covered, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
